At Scoops Color Lab, each piece is hand dyed, created with care and intention, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. Because of the love and craftsmanship that go into every product, all sales are final.
The only exception to this policy is if your item is damaged during shipping. In the rare event this occurs, we are happy to offer a return. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. Return shipping for damaged items is free, and your purchase will be fully refunded upon receipt of the returned item.
